your shopping cart using the

When you are ready to check out and
purchase the items that you have selected just click the
icon. This will
take you into the shopping cart page, a page with the title
"Your Shopping Cart". On the bottom of this
page there is a "Select Payment Type "
option. Click on the Select payment type drop down arrow and choose
Generic Payment Type 1
as the payment method.
Step 3
Click checkout on the bottom of the "Your Shopping Cart Page", this will take you to a screen were you can then verify to make sure all items are correct
Step 4
After verifying your order move down the page and enter your name and mailing address.
Step 5
Go to File/Print on your Browser menu and print this page, this now becomes your order form. Mail it to the address listed along with full payment.
